Agreement to Terms

Welcome to DOPA! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DOPA dating platform, including our Telegram Mini-App and Native iOS/Android applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using DOPA, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Eligibility

To use DOPA, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from DOPA
• Comply with all local, state, national, and international laws

We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time. Misrepresentation of your age or identity may result in immediate account termination.

Account Registration and Security

When you create an account on DOPA:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.

User Conduct and Content

You agree to use DOPA respectfully and responsibly. You will NOT:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Harass, bully, stalk, threaten, or abuse other users
• Share explicit, inappropriate, or offensive content
• Impersonate others or create fake profiles
• Solicit money, promote scams, or engage in fraud
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Discriminate against users based on protected characteristics

We have zero tolerance for harassment and abuse. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and we may report illegal activity to authorities.

Content Ownership and License

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you post on DOPA (photos, text, messages). However, by posting content, you grant DOPA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content to provide and improve the Service.

Our Content

All DOPA branding, features, technology, and intellectual property are owned by DOPA, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

AI-Generated Content

Our Vibe AI Engine may generate suggestions, recommendations, and insights based on your profile and interactions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided "as is" and should be used as guidance, not definitive advice.

Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

Premium Subscriptions

DOPA offers premium subscription tiers (Plus and Pro) with enhanced features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices are subject to change with advance notice.

DOP Coin Economy

DOP Coins are in-app tokens that can be purchased or earned to access à la carte features. Coins are non-refundable and have no cash value. They cannot be transferred or exchanged outside the DOPA platform.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method.

Refunds

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@dopaverse.org within 14 days.

Safety, Moderation, and Reporting

Your safety is our priority. DOPA employs AI-powered moderation, manual review, and proactive safety protocols to create a trustworthy environment.

• Report users who violate our Terms or behave inappropriately
• Block users you don't want to interact with
• Use our AI verification features for added peace of mind
• Meet in public places when transitioning offline
• Trust your instincts and prioritize your safety

We investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action, including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.

Disclaimer of Warranties

DOPA is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That you will find a romantic partner or achieve specific outcomes
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user content
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service
• That our AI recommendations will be perfectly accurate

We are not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the platform. You are solely responsible for your interactions and decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOPA, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Emotional distress or personal injury
• User conduct or content
• Service interruptions or security breaches

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of DOPA shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DOPA, Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your content or conduct
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

If you have a dispute with DOPA, please contact us first at contact@dopaverse.org to try to resolve it informally.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any legal action must be brought in the courts of Delaware, USA, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts. You agree to arbitration for disputes, except for claims involving intellectual property or injunctive relief.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal or harmful conduct, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of DOPA after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
